Steve and John took us for a 'walk' along part of Manchester Docks culminating at the Lowery Gallery. En route the area could be depicted many ways, from the ruin and abandonment of buildings to the discarded litter and filth seen on the canal and at the docks. In complete contrast to this was the opulence of luxury flats and grand buildings around the docks. Regeneration of the area was self evident, but at a price it would seem.
